Pay by phone: Customers can call customer service at 1-800-283-1211 to make a payment by phone.

Automatic draft: Schedule your bill payment up to 25 days prior to the due date by using automatic draft. The funds deduct directly from your bank account.

The service charges and fees included on your AARP Credit Card bill include:

  • Foreign transaction – 3% of the transaction
  • Cash advance – $10 or 3% of the transaction
  • Balance transfer – $5 or 3% of the transaction
  • APR – 16.24% to 29.99%
  • Returned check – $35
  • Returned payment – $35
  • Over the limit – $35
  • Late payment – $15 to $35
