  • Extended due date – Customers have the ability to change the due date of your bill payment up to 10 days past the original due date.

    please be aware that I tried many times to work this deal and they keep denying my request of due date exchange. I can ensure you by my employer’s payment scheduele that if the due date could be change for the 23rd of every month I’ll never be late againg, but looks like that only interest that you company has as to make money in top of people like me. I am very depress because i know that could pay off this car,but you are not give me any alternative i will continue payng the car if dates can be arrange other wise i rather pay my rental than a car.I am very disappointed with customer service that GM financial is affering.It was somenthing very simple that could be said,but unfurtunally your representatives are very unknowledgeable.

  3. Every time I log on to the site it shows the page for a second or two then leaves me with a blank page and I have been trying access the site for the last 5 days to make a payment and view account info. So please help me get my bill paid today.

So I got called at work 2 days ago by a nice fella and I told him I’d pay friday-no, I can’t do a check by phone right now because I sit in the middle of a busy er with 20 people who can overhear my information. Yes. I know i’m 4 days late, but you folks have refused to adjust my due date though I’ve asked numerous times. One idiot suggested i JUST MAKE A DOULBLE PYMNT SO i’D BE AHEAD. Really? If I could afford a double pymnt I sure as hell wouldn’t be financed by this loanshark company. The next day a very aggressive woman called demanding a check by phone. I told her nothing had changed since yesterday-I’m still right in the middle of a busy er with 20 people around me. I told her I had covered this the day before and would make my pymnt Friday (the next day, actually.) She said the company was going to call me at work everyday until my payment was made. I asked what part of “I can’t do that at work!” was too difficult for her to understand then hung up. I HATE THIS COMPANY! I am so looking forward to 11 more pymnts when I never have to deal with such rude people as this company employs. F— OFF AMERCREDIT!!

  6. I can’t make my first payment haven’t received any loan info,my payment is due on 3-24-2014 I have the certified funds ready again no account info the dealership doesn’t have info either what’s the DEAL! Also, I’m shouldn’t be charged a late fee
