  1. Worst company EVER! I am currently turned off after making a payment arrangement because I didn’t call them after making the payment directly to THEIR site! Wouldn’t you thin they would know that the payment was made? I have three very small children & no water! I had to go through a lot just to get them payment that I sent. Now they wont reconnect me until I pay my balance PLUS a reconnection fee! If I had the money to do that I wouldn’t have had to make a payment arrangement. I held up my part of the arrangement! This is so unfair! I talked to five people from the company who couldn’t care less, even belittled me , and no one would help me! They only do this because they know they can get away with it! I don’t know how they can sleep at night!

  2. I paid my water the same day that I received it and the next month I received a bill saying I did not pay my bill? After calling the bank and then the busy water company?? I finally received a call saying I only owed half of it. The following month ( now ) I received another bill saying I did not pay the month before?? Again I called and when I received a call back later that evening asking why I keep receiving bills saying I did not pay I was told that Iam paying my bills too early??? REALLT! I was told to pay the bill ten day’s before it is due??? I believe the water Department needs a new system and more people taking calls. This city is going to the dogs. I just want to pay my bill and not be LATE! Am I asking too much? HELP ME UNDERSTAND THIS PLEASE. Thank you or anyone who can help
