  2. Cannot pay my bill this month. Husband on layoff and I bring the money in it is getting worse every month.
    Could I pay partial payment so at least I have money to buy gas to go to work and other neccesaty.

  3. I need our account number for submission to our pool cleaning company for an APS rebate concerning a new pool pump. We are out of town ( Pinetop , Az until October. ) How can I access our account number ?? I have scoured your website and find NO link for help on this.
