Broadstripe provides several options for customers wanting to pay their bill. The available options include online payment, phone payments, automatic deduction and in-person payments. You can make payments with credit cards, debit cards, electronic checks, checks, money orders and cash. Broadstripe does not charge convenience or service fees with the available payment options.

Pay online: Customers can pay your Broadstripe bill online by visiting https://cableanytime.net/Broadstripe/. Acceptable methods of payment include credit and debit cards.

Pay by phone: Customers can pay your Broadstripe bill by calling customer service at 1-877-882-7623 (Maryland)1-800-444-6997 (Michigan), 1-800-829-2225 (Oregon) or 1-800-829-2225 (Washington).

Automatic deduction: Customers can pay your Broadstripe bill by having the funds automatically deducted from your checking or savings account.

Pay in person: Customers can pay your Broadstripe bill in person by visiting one of several in-store locations throughout Maryland, Michigan, Oregon or Washington.

How the Penalty Fees Work

When we spoke with the Broadstripe customer service representative, they did not disclose all of the fees assessed to customers. The only fees the customer service representative discussed were administrative fees, installation fees, equipment lease fees and late payment fees. The amount of the assessed fees depends on the customer and the service.

I Can’t Make a Payment

Although Broadstripe did not offer programs or services to customers that can’t pay your bill, they did offer a service to low income customers.

  • Lifeline – This service is available to qualified low-income customers. You will pay $1 per month for mobile service. Along with mobile service, you receive call waiting, call forwarding and caller ID for free. To qualify for Lifeline, you must currently receive local or state public assistance.
