I Can’t Make a Payment

When we spoke to the customer service representative at Brunswick Electric, they explained they offered limited assistance to customers that can’t pay your bill. The main option is a payment arrangement. Customers must call 1-800-842-5871 and speak with a customer service representative. The other option for customers that can’t pay your Brunswick Electric bill is Warm Homes, Warm Hearts. This program is funded by donations from Brunswick Electric members and is given to income-eligible residents of Brunswick and Columbus County.

  1. I’m wanting to switch over an exsisting power bill into my name. I have had an account in my name years ago so I am curious about how much a deposit would be and how you base the rate. It is for a commercial address that currently has power running.
