Pay by phone: Phone payments are accepted at 1-866-578-7617. You must have your 7-digit invoice number to process payment.

Pay by mail: According to CenterPoint Energy, customers must mail payment to the address listed on the billing invoice. No specific address is listed for mail payments.

  1. I think that your same day reconnection fee is simply a rip off to your customer! You don’t encounter this problem with the other utility companies. I have not been recieving my utilty bills and when I do it not the correct balance!But your service man shows up to disconnect your service for 200.00 balance and I showed the service man my bill current bill of $56.00 and your automative system had a differnt total. I am not satified with the services that CenterPoint provide.Please may i have a name and contact number so that I may file a complaint?
