  1. I received a letter from chatta gas around the 1st of March
    indicating I was 20.53 late on a payment. I had signed up for
    auto-pay and somehow my bill got messed up. I talk to a customer
    service rep. when I realized it was not being deducted. She told me the amount I owed and I sent a check. It was after that I
    received the letter. I then sent a check for 20.53 with a copy of the letter. The check has never cleared my bank and it hasn’t
    been deducted on the chatta gas website. the 20.53 has not showed up on my paper statement either, which I pay from each
    month.Please clear this problem since the letter threatened to turn off my gas—which was ridiculous!!!! please reply
