What to Do When You Can’t Pay Your Chrysler Financial Auto Payment

The Chrysler Financial Auto division is now TD Auto Finance. Chrysler no longer keeps the main website for the financial division active, so customers must access auto finance billing accounts through TD Auto Finance. Changes like these are common in financial companies, especially with auto loans. Customers should have received information on the impending change with new payment information before the transfer was complete. If you are a current Chrysler Auto Finance customer and you don’t have the current payment information for TD Auto Finance, contact the company immediately as payment terms, conditions and account numbers may have changed.

How to Pay the Bill

You can choose one of multiple options to pay your Chrysler Financial Auto payment, including phone, online, mail and recurring payments.

Pay by phone: Contact customer service at 1-800-556-8172 for more information on phone payments. You can pay with a credit card, debit card, checking account or savings account by phone.

Pay online: You can pay your Chrysler Financial Auto bill online at https://www.tdautofinance.com/loginLanding.do. You must register for access to your account before you can log in. You may need your account number to register, along with other personal information.

Pay by mail: If you don’t have the billing statement or you’ve lost the billing address, you can mail your payments to the new address for TD Auto Finance at:

Pay with recurring payments: You can sign up for recurring payments through your personal bank or via your online account with TD Auto Finance. You must register for account access before setting up the auto-pay option.

Pay with Western Union: Visit a local office of Western Union to pay your Chrysler Auto Finance bill. You will need your account number and the city code “Coolidge, MI” to process payment. You must keep the MTCN number provided after payment. In some cases, Chrysler Financial Auto will ask for this number.

How the Penalty Fees Work

Penalty fees are charged to your account if you don’t make a payment on-time. Check the terms and conditions of your auto loan for more information on late payment fees, returned payment fees and other penalty fees Chrysler Financial Auto may charge.

I Can’t Make a Payment

There is a plan in place to move one payment to the end of the loan if you need to skip a payment. Contact customer service for more information and to see if you qualify for this program. The number for customer service is 1-800-556-8172.

  1. I have called 3 times to pay my payment after I bought my new Dodge ram truck. Nothing has every been sent to my house regarding the date of my payment or who I was to pay the payment to. I called my dealership and finally got a someone to help me contact Chrysler. I called and they stated my payment was sent out on the Jan. 13 even though my payment was due on the 2nd. I called again today Jan. 21st. and still haven’t received my statement to mail to Chrysler. The person I just talked to was very rude and basically stated I needed to pay the payment on line so not to go pass 30 days. I don’t pay bills on-line due to many reasons with credit cards and my personal life. I would like someone that has authority to contact me regarding myself to pay this payment. Amazing I’m trying to pay a payment and i’m getting road blocks when discussing my payment. You have my email address I can call you if needed send me a number and I will call the person to discuss
