What to Do When You Can’t Pay Your City of Lodi Bill
The City of Lodi provides water, sewer and electric services to residents living within town limits. Garbage pick-up is included with other utilities. Residents must apply for utility service from the City of Lodi. Applications are accepted at the finance department and applicants must have a picture ID, rental agreement or mortgage and service application.
