How the Penalty Fees Work

If your service is disconnected, the City of Logan may require you pay all past due bills and a reconnect fee to restart service. Some of the service fees may be avoided if your past due bill is placed on a payment plan.

Reconnect at the pole: $109 during regular business hours; $163 after hours

Reconnect at the meter: $22 during regular business hours; $71 after hours

Delinquent notice: $11 (hung on your door)
