  1. Many , many years ago. I used to pay 30.00 a month and bill was due every three months, which was 90.00 or less. Now that they put in new meters I am paying 90.00 or more a month. When I make arrangements to pay the bill, it’s to pay on the old bill and pay full amount on the new bill. I’ts really impossible to do the both. My water is threaten to be turned off every month. I am doing my best to pay what there asking. Utilitie companies could do more to help the home owners, I’ve been in my home for 18years, But I am pressured so much, when I can’t pay the bill. So please see what can be done.
