What to Do When You Can’t Pay Your Click Network Bill

Questions About Your Billing Statement or Account?
Customers with questions about fees listed on their Click Network bill can view the Billing Policies on the Click website. Customer service is also available to answer questions about your bill at 502-8900 or 1-800-752-6745.
How the Penalty Fees Work
There is only one penalty fee listed in the Billing Policies. If your service is disconnected, you will be required to pay all past due charges, reconnect fee and one month’s charges before you can restore service. You may also be responsible for a $50 deposit.
The company also charges late payment fees and returned payment fees. Returned payment fees are charged by Click Network, but they are not the same fees your bank will charge if payment is presented and there is not enough money in your account to pay the bill.
I Can’t Make a Payment
Falling behind on your Click Network bill could lead to past due charges and service interruption. This company does not offer telephone services, so there are no local or state programs to help customers pay off past due bills. The only course of action to take if you have fallen behind is to contact customer service at 1-800-752-6745.
