  1. I need help paying my utility bill for this month. The bill is for 171.90 two months. My daughter lost her job and is not able to pay her portion of the bills, is there any way I can get some help with this amount through Leap or COIF I am on a fixed income and I am trying to go back to the workforce so that I can take care of myself.

  2. Ive had a series of things go wrong since my husband died. I’m a widow with four kids. For reasons I could explain, I have a six month bill leaving me to owe 1600 which is more than my income. I can’t get any help and you are unwilling to let me make payment arrangements. What am I supposed to do? If we get shut off, which is past due, we will lose our house too. Its not like I’m trying to get out of paying…I’m at my wits end. Why are you guys so unreasonable?! I’ve been a customer for nearly 30 years!
