I have had several issues when mailing a payment to the the detroit po box address and it still arrives late though the payment was made mailed 4-5 days before the grace period due date of the 11th of each month. I am maiing it from an address essentially in the same town. I fail to understand how this continues to happen and I get late fees. Your processing system is apparently flawed and needs updating. I have a gm vehicle also and I have never had this type of problem with them Their website to make a payment on line is also much easier to use.
I have a different situation. My husband walked out several years ago and now lives in Texas. My two daughters and I live in NJ. We are neither divorced or legally separated. He has complete control over money, even my disabilty check and my daughters supplemental check is directly deposited into the bank account. He claims to pay bills but he either doesn’t until a disaster arrives or we get utilities shut off. Then all hell breaks loose. My gas was shut off today and God only knows what tomorrow. Oh he will eventually pay something but I can’t live with this kind of worry and stress. I need help but don’t know where to turn. We’re at least 100,000.00 in debt due to this kind of behavior. I don’t care about the little things but I do become quite concerned when my utlities are shut off. Can or should I turn to legal help….which I of course can’t affored.

i am having trouble with my deposit.the gas co says i was credited the 63$ when in fact evryday from day one i paid cash thru Harts corner in Huntington Wv,and the gas co can not show me or tell me a date with a mailed rec of my deposit. which the entire time i was on a guestamating program,i never wanted on to begin with,so i final got to far behind and became delinq so i paid 103 by my deadline 4days after that payment the gas co turns my gas off,leaving me oweing 71ish after them finding out how much i really owed up until this point there was nothing unpaid for them to use my deposit,so i am emailing u to find out where to go from…..hElP PLEASE.IF YOU CANT SOME1 WILL.BUT FOR ME TO AGREE ON ANYTHING WITH MY DEPOSIT THEY HAVE TO SHOW AND GIVE ME A RECIEPT OR CREDIT MY ACCOUNT 63$ LEAVING ME OWEING YOUR CO 12/13BUCKS. THANK YOU PLEASE GIVE DIRECTION ON WHAT TO DO.
It is a tedious task to open IGL account for online bill view and pay, though you suggest the customer to pay the bill on line. After several attempts your customer care executives do not respond to the call. It is total failure of the management system.The IGL company has no right to trouble the customer.
Acct.No. 195500 We have a new bank account number that the bills will be deducted from. The bank is Morgan Stanley and the NEW NUMBER IS 574 585184-301. Effective date will be August, 2012. Please acknowledge receipt and that you have put the new number in your records. Thanks, Jean Allen
I just received my stmt and it shows a late chg. for $20.00. I always pay my bill on time and can’t understand why it was late unless the post office was having problems. See my acct and how I am always on time. Out of courtesy, would you waive my late fee as I said, I am never late. Thank you, Penelope
For the last five months I have been paying my daughter and son in laws bills if any body could help me for at least one month. My son in law has gone from working full time job, coaching football and baseball, and help the kids with there sports at the house. He hasn’t work in five months, he dose good to stand up now, my daughter helps him with everything. They have four young kids ( 13, 6,5,4 years old ). Please tell me if there is any one I can go to for help. Thank You
