  1. Hello, my water has been disconnected and I am unable to pay the full payment due to financial hardship. I have had a loss in my family and have extra expenses to cover due to that. I made a payment of $115 through the automated system on feb 27 at 530 pm. My conformation number is 211264. Please give me a call and let me know what we can do to get my water turned on.
    Thank you
