  1. EPB took out a warrant for my arrest for my home which I was not living in at the time not did I have electric service in my name. (I was working in N. Dakota) This caused me to be unexpectedly arrested which resulted in the loosing of my job and vehicle.

    • The warrant was theft and vandalism which I was out of state the whole time. Can I sue or what options do I have to get charges dropped? Can’t afford an attorney due to this situation causing the loss of my job!!

  2. The EPB never helped me do a thing except turn my power off. I have begged for them to accept what I had and they would not do it. I am disabled and had a new grand baby at home and I counted every bit of change I could find and took it to them. The poor is the one who is hurt by their high fees, for reconnect, late fees and insufficient funds on top of a 500.00 bill. They act like I just don’t feel like or want to pay my bill. If I had enough I would pay it on time. would be none of those fees. Come on and get real and have a heart
