Questions About Your Billing Statement or Account?

Your auto loan account statement can be confusing from time to time. If you have questions about your statement, including questions about service fees, interest charges, penalty fees or principal payments, contact the customer service department at 1-800-763-3400. The representatives are trained to walk you through the bill and explain the fees and charges. You can also visit the FAQs page for more information.

How the Penalty Fees Work

There are no fees listed in the FAQs section of the site. In most cases, the terms and conditions of an auto loan are determined by the type of auto loan the consumer is approved for at purchase. The fees a customer could be responsible for include:

  • Late payment fees
  • Returned payment fees
  • Interest charges
  • Collection fees

I Can’t Make a Payment

If you can’t make your auto loan payment and you don’t contact Franklin Capital Corporation, your automobile could be repossessed. This means the company takes ownership of the auto and then sells it at the highest possible price. You are then responsible for the difference between what was owed and the money the company received for the vehicle. The best option is to contact customer service at 1-800-763-3400 for help paying off your past due auto loan balance.
