The Giant Eagle Credit Card is issued by World Financial Network Bank (WFNNB) who doesn’t have an official website. They do have a Facebook page however, and there you are instructed to call the number on the back of your card if you have questions about your credit account. How The Penalty Fees Work

The interest rate on the Giant Eagle credit card is 24.99% APR, and will always be at least $1.00. Late payments and over-the-limit penalty fees are $35. Of course if you pay your balance in full by the due date you will avoid any interest rates.

I Can’t Make A Payment

We were unable to determine Giant Eagles/WFNNB’s policy regarding how they handle accounts that are behind in payments, and if they work with their customers to get back on their feet or not. According to consumer complaint boards, previous customers have been harassed by phone, and that some payments had not been applied to their accounts after making a payment.
