How the Penalty Fees Work

Non-pay processing fee: $25; charged after the bill is 46 days past due when Grande Communications enters a disconnection order.

I Can’t Make a Payment

The due date for your Grande Communications bill is flexible, so if you are having trouble making the payment on the due date listed on your bill, contact customer service at the billing phone number listed above for your local area. Moving the due date will extend the date when late payment charges and disconnect charges assessed if payment is not made on-time.

Payment plan: Customers who cannot make the full payment on-time should contact customer service to place the past due balance on a payment plan. This plan allows the customer to pay off past due balances, but current charges will be due on-time.
