  1. I am trying to figure out why my utilities bill is so high because everything in my home is electric and my gas bill is high because I only have a water heater installed in my home. please respond to my request!!!!

  2. In June 2013, I vacated my home located at 110 Rosa Lee Drive in Meridianville, AL and moved to California. At that time I thought I had a friend who would be renting the home, but turned out they couldn’t make the move for health reasons. I continued to pay the utility bill every month but finally was not able to make the mortgage payment so the bank foreclosed on the home. Once the bank took over, I never received another utility bill. I am now planning on moving back to the Huntsville area and need to know how this may have affected my standing with Huntsville Utilities as I will need to acquire service when I move back. Please let me know the status so I can make arrangements accordingly. Thank you!

  3. Your bill pay online is giving me trouble I would pay my bill if I could get it up. I am on tdy and cannot call.
