To make your payment automatically from your checking account: Print and sign the form, attach a voided check or savings deposit slip and mail it to:

To make your Indiana American Water bill payment online: Visit MyH2O at: http://amwater.com/MyH2O. You will need an account to access this service. For people who cannot use the MyH20 service, such as commercial customers, you can also visit: https://www2.paymybill.com/water/ to pay your bill.
To make your payment by phone: Dial 1-866-271-5522. Follow the prompts and make sure to have your account number ready. You can pay by using a Visa or Mastercard. There is a convenience fee for using this service. This is not the number to call if you have questions about your bill.
To make your payment in person: Use this payment center locater to find the location nearest you. Do not send payments by mail to these locations.
To make your payment through the mail: detach the billing slip and return it along with your payment to the address provided, using the envelope included. If you do not have this, you can send the payment to:
