  1. After no help on the phone trying to get my power back on in 95 degree heat, I will be contacting my congressman and local senator’s office about your horrendous policies and apathy for your customers. I hope that you can eventually change these. You must keep your customer service and bill pay hours open after 5pm. At least until 9 or 10. You must wllow people to pay their bill on the phone for at least a 14 hour block out of the day. And you must not shut off power after a customer is only a few days late. Especially with no calls, emails, mail from IPL. Most people do not get home until well after that 5pm. In order to serve your community and provide the necessary service that only you can, you must treat your customers with respect. As I said, I will be contacting my local representatives and the local BBB. As soon as you process my payment and turn my power back on so I can, that is.

  2. I have a friend, they have 6 kids. They have charges of unauthorized usage of electricity, because they have dcs in their backyard they cannot afford not to have electricity, so they have cheated. I want to try to get them some help. What can they do because they seem to be digging themselves deeper into a hole?
