I Can’t Make a Payment

We suggest everyone contact customer service if they are unable to make their Jefferson Parish Water bill payment on-time. Customers can also request a payment arrangement in person at the East Bank or West Bank office between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Will They Help Me Pay My Bill?

  1. I call and call. Line is completely busy. I emailed a question and no one has bothered to respond. I register on website and they insist I enter bank info for auto draft. I refuse to do that. Anyone can have access to my account. They need to either answer calls and email in a timely fashion, or revamp site. I am trying to pay my bill, but am not paying a random amount . This whole system is horrible.
