  1. Hi, I have three small chidren and our water got shut off last week because with the way the housing market is my boyfriend hasn’t been getting much work. He has told me that you guys say that there was no real way you would work with us to keep the water on and my question is why? My kids are the most important thing in the world to me and I would do just about anything for them but I feel like I am failing them because I can’t even do something as simple as keep the water on so they can take baths and I can make them bottles. Basically what i’m saying is, why was a payment plan not an option for us? please email me with a response because i would love to know.
