  • Security deposit – Kentucky Utilities can charge customers up to 2.5 times their expected annual bill. Security deposits are typically $135.
  • Late payments – Kentucky Utilities charges a fee of 5% which is added to the current amount of your bill.
  • Meter charge – Kentucky Utilities charges customers based upon the amount of meters they have at their residence. The fee is $8.50 per meter.
