What to Do When You Can’t Pay Your Lexus Financial Services Bill

Lexus Financial Services offers customers the opportunity to apply for in-house auto financing when purchasing a Lexus automobile. Customers must meet financial and credit guidelines to be approved for a credit application. After approval, customers will receive a payment booklet or monthly payment statements with the due date for each payment. Typically, the due date will also be discussed during the purchase.

How to Pay the Bill

If you have an auto loan through Lexus Financial Services, you have options to pay your bill online, by mail and through your personal bank account.

Pay by mail: Lexus Financial Services provides auto loans to people across the United States. There are different mailing addresses based on your billing address or the location where the loan originated. For the specific mailing address to use when mailing payment, visit the Where to Mail Your Payment page.

If you have your terms and conditions or your recent bill, penalty fees may be listed on these documents.

I Can’t Make a Payment

There are two options for customers who cannot make a payment by the due date on their account. Lexus Financial Services offers a due date change and a payment extension. Each program may be associated with additional fees for moving the payment due date.

  1. I want to file a complaint with a rude customer service that called at my workplace and starts harassing and demanding me to tell her how much I send in for the payment and when I send in my payment because I was 12 days late. If you are in my shoe and came across a rude customer service, you will not want to tell him/her anything! After arguing with her with no effort, I simply hanged up with her. I will not let anyone speak of me so rude especially coming from a Lexus Financial Employee!

I did call back and spoke with Debra – reference number 1DHC – who did apoligized on behalf of that lady who called me earlier. (I did not catch the rude lady’s name). Debra did say that the rude lady did note down saying she had spoken to me and I hung up on her. (I’m pretty sure you can look up her name from documenting the phone call with me in your system.) I told Debra the reason I hung up on that rude lady is because she literally argues and harassed me at work.

I hope I do not come across with rude customer service ever again. I do apoligized for the late payment. I had my payment ready before the due date, but had forgotten to mail it out.

Please thank Debra for me for being a good role model for all customer service reps.

  2. When I go into my account, it says to add the account. When I go to add the account, it tells me its already registered

  3. Please advise payoff balance due, and when I can expect my 1099 for tax purposes. My account is not overdue.

    Thank you,
    Don Copeland
