When making your Metrocast bill payment, you have options. The available payment methods include:

You will need to sign-up for this free service on the Metrocast website. The acceptable methods of payment include credit cards or debit cards.
Pay by mail: You have the ability to mail your Metrocast bill payment to any of the convenient locations throughout New Hampshire, Alabama, Mississippi, South Carolina, Connecticut, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Maine. The complete list of Metrocast locations is available on the website.
Pay in person: Another option to pay your Metrocast bill is to pay in person. The complete list of Metrocast locations is available on the website. You will not incur a convenience fee when making payments un person.
Pay by phone: When you are pressed for time, you can pay your Metrocast bill by calling customers service at 1-800-457-5351. You may incur a convenience fee when making a Metrocast bill payment by phone.
Automatic deduction: In the event you want your Metrocast bill payment deducted at the same time every month, you can setup automatic deduction from your checking or savings account. Check with your financial institution to see if you will be charged a service fee for automatic deduction.

How the Penalty Fees Work
Several of the fees and service charges assessed by Metrocast occur on a monthly basis, while others are assessed on a one-time basis. When we spoke to the customer service representative, they did not disclose the amount of all of the fees except the late payment fee, collection charges and the repayment fees. Additional fees assessed by Metrocast include:
- Security deposit
- Reconnection fee
- Late payment – 8% of the past due amount
- Collection fees – $25
- Equipment fees
- Returned payment – $25
I Can’t Make a Payment
Metrocast gave us no indication that you will receive assistance when you can’t pay your bill. When we called customer service, the representative explained customers should call 1-800-457-5351 prior to receiving a disconnection notice. You can explain your financial need and inquire about a payment plan.
