  1. terrible customer service, couldn’t get the water turned, even after a 200.00 payment, was told I couldn’t get a payment plan, and I needed to pay the whole bill at once.

  2. All for water thato has a strong odor of chlorine, who knows what else is in our drinking wate, it should be free anyway, what’s next, being charged for the air we breathe? It’s time our water is held to higher standards, and more testing.

  3. I had to pay my bill by mail because the web site had been unavailable for about two weeks and still is. What’s going on?
I think you would prefer online payments,if only for cost savings. So be it. I’ll continue to pay by mail.
    thank you.

  4. is no where to leave a comment and be assured someone will ready it and get back to you with an answer to your water company problem. Such a lack of web site info for customers left in limbo.

  5. Is the objective of this site to enable me to pay my bill or to just give up in frustration because of the impossibility of doing so? I’ve wasted so much time attempting to pay online (as I am able to do with ten other companies), I’ll just mail my payment.
