What to Do When You Can’t Pay Your NuLink Bill

NuLink Digital offers phone, cable and Internet service for home and business customers. The cable company is located in Newnan, Georgia. Customers who bundle services together will be charged less than customers who purchase individual services. Some bundles and services are offered on a contract. After the contract period has expired, services will be billed at a higher rate.

How to Pay the Bill

Customers have several options to pay their NuLink Digital bill. One of the faster options is to pay the bill online. The slowest option is payment by mail. Mail payments should be in the form of a personal check or money order; not cash.

Pay online: You can pay your NuLink bill online at You will need a PIN to pay your bill online. There is a link on the bill pay page to activate your account and receive a PIN.

Pay by mail: There is a return envelope included with your monthly NuLink statement. If you don’t have the return envelope, send your payment to:

How the Penalty Fees Work

NuLink does not bother to list the specific penalty fees charged to customers, but there is mention of late payment fees and collection fees in the Terms and Conditions. If a customer makes a partial payment, NuLink reserves the right to discontinue service as acceptance of a partial payment does not relieve the customer of the full payment obligation. I Can’t Make a Payment

If you are unable to pay your NuLink bill, contact the customer service department at 1-770-683-6988. A customer service representative will work with you to resolve your past due account. If payment is not received in full and you do not contact customer care, NuLink may disconnect your service at any time.
