I’ve made several attempts at paying my bill at an Old Navy store and was told they do not take in store payments and was never given an option as to pay my bill,as a new customer I would like to keep giving my business to Old Navy. So maybe you should give them more training on how the give new customers more information on bill payment. Thank You
