- Late payment – When your Otay Water District bill is late, you are charged a 5% of the late amount. The amount is added to your following Otay Water District bill.
- Reconnection – When service is disconnected, Otay Water District charges customers $40 to reconnect service. Otay Water District may charge a security deposit.
- Insufficient funds – In the event your check is returned, Otay Water District charges customers a $25 fee. Additional bank fees may apply.
