  1. My P.G&E has been truned off. i own alot. How can they help me or work with me to trun it back on. Im on a fixed income?

  2. I can not log on to your website to pay my bill. Since I no longer get paper bills this is an inconvenience since it has been down since last week. Perhaps you can send me a copy of my bill or e-mailed it to me. I have called and the person that was helping me could not get it to work and he was looking into it and get back to me in an hour. Never heard from him or anyone else. Customer service is very poor in my judgment.
