What to Do When You Can’t Pay Your Paypal Bill
Paypal is a payment processor popular with eBay sellers and other online businesses. Paypal fuses with a bank account for balance transfer, but customers also have the option of ordering a Paypal Mastercard for faster access to money online. The debit card can pull backup funding from the bank account or credit card attached to the Paypal account, so customers must know how much money they currently have in their Paypal account to prevent overdraft or over limit fees from connected accounts.
Paypal used to offer bill pay, but the service was discontinued in 2003. Today, customers can pay bills with their Paypal debit card and account or utilize the Bill Me Later option for some purchases.
How to Pay the Bill
Fees associated with your Paypal account are pulled directly from payments, so customers never have bills or fees to pay directly to Paypal. However, if bill payments are pulled directly from a Paypal account, the customer could be charged late payment fees or returned payment fees if the money is not available on the due date.
Pay with credit / debit card: You can pay most bills with your Paypal Mastercard. Simply pay online with your biller and enter the Mastercard number printed on the front of your Paypal card. If your biller accepted Paypal payments, you can enter your log in information for Paypal to complete payment.
Questions About Your Billing Statement or Account?
Paypal is the leader in online payment processing. Customers and merchants pay fees to send and accept money via Paypal, in some cases. The Merchant Fees FAQs page details some of the more common fees. The customer service department at Paypal can answer other questions at 1-888-221-1161. You may be asked for your Security Web PIN when you call.

Will They Work With Me to Pay my Bill?
Paypal will work with you if you are having trouble with your Paypal account or Paypal debit card, but they will not work with you to resolve a past due bill with an outside company. Only the customer service department of the company can help resolve your overdue bill.
