  • Connection fee – When a customer begins service with Pennsylvania American Water, the connection fee is $30. When the customer decides to terminate their contract with Pennsylvania American Water, the fee is $30.
  • Return check – Checks returned for insufficient funds are assessed a $20 fee. Additional banking charges may apply.

  • Payment agreements – Pennsylvania American Water offers customers payment agreements in the event you can’t pay your bill. The agreements range from 6 months to 60 months.   • H2o Help to Others Program – This program is designed for qualified low-income customers. The available funds are in the form of a grants and discounts. The amount of the grant is up to $500 during the course of a year and the discount is up to 65% of your monthly bill
  • Low-income – Pennsylvania American Water offers a 15% discount for qualified low-income customers.

  1. i am behind on my water bill i had medical problem and husband has been in and out of the hospital and now i have lost my job and am on unemployment and husban is getting ssd and my husbands mother just died as well as his aunt and i have till the first of may to get my water back on it is curently not on and my father will be moving in with me and my husband he has tilll the end onf may to get out i hope that you can help me


  2. Please check my address. I never received a bill for last month and so far have not received one this month. I called to check my balance and made a payment for the last two months yesterday. Don’t feel I should be responsible for paying last months bill late. A few of my friends also did not receive a current bill.
