  1. I had regular payments schedules against a credit card with PNM. They changed their policy about credit card payments without ever notifying me. In three months, my bill ran over $300, which I had to pay all at once, including late fees. They supposedly were going to set up direct payments against my bank account, but this didn’t happen either. So again my bill ran up, this time driving my bill up over $400. I don’t have a job at the moment and this is killing my budget. PNM takes no responsibility for this. Meanwhile they’ve been very happen to take my contributions to Blue Sky and charge me interest on these do – a donation to a good cause!

This company needs responsible, caring management.

    • You never realized that you were using electricity each month and not paying for it? How about taking some responsibility for yourself.

  2. I have contacted PNM numerous times in regards to my electric bill telling them my bill is way to high for a one onth period. I requested a re-read of the meter. I was told they can not do that. A guy came out once with a shut off notice i showed him the readings and he looked at my meter and told me this os totally wrong that who ever read the meter did not do it right. I have constantly talked to very rude people at the office in albuquerque and im always told nothing can be done. The only things that are running is the appliances tv and ac. we very rarely have a light on. now i have receieved another notice and i tried tallking to someone and again another rude person.

  3. The customer service representatives in the Billing & Payments Department have been polite, professional, and always willing to work with me to come up with mutually workable arrangements for the months that there just was not enough money to go around.

This opinion is NOT extended to the woman that performs the “connects/disconnects”. That person could stand to learn some people skills and professionalism.
