  1. PNM is telling us 20 days after I made a payment that I have been making on line for over 2 years that the account no i entered was incorrect. why has it taken 10 days? I am a diabetec type 1 my eyesite is bad, my husband is a 100% disabeled veteraqn, we have asked you for help regarding due dates, we are to be on a special payment each mo, you continue to do as you please, charge us when your exec are receiving billions of dollars from our fees. I need to pay this now that you have charged me 16.00 and you say on line 15.00 I also want a bill each mo now, i did sign up for paperless billing, i want a bill each mo.. I will call to make the paymnet as it is un real how you can not have your on line pmt working again.
