  1. I have been trying to terminate my service. I spent over a half hour on the phone waiting for a rep to respond. Please advise how I can accomplish this. The termination date will be April 10, 2015.

  2. I can’t access my account online no matter what I do it tells me to contact customer service.I have been trying for an hour a day for 2 weeks now and I can’t seem to get a live person to talk to talk about this.Does anyone live still work there!!! ????
