What to Do When You Can’t Pay You TD Bank Bill

Pay by mobile phone: Mobile banking apps are available for iPhone, Android operating systems and Blackberry. Simply visit the mobile app page on the TD Bank website and enter your mobile phone number. How the Penalty Fees Work

TD Bank offers free online bill pay, but that doesn’t mean the company offers free banking. If payments are presented to your account and there is not balance available to make the payment, penalty fees may be added to your account. Traditional penalty fees include:

  • Returned check free: $32 per returned check or check/payment presented with insufficient funds
  • Stop check payment: $25 per stopped payment

I Can’t Make a Payment

If you can’t make a payment with TD Bank bill pay, contact the customer service department at 1-888-751-9000. There could be trouble with the online banking website or your account access.

If you are having trouble making a bill payment due to lack of funds, you must contact the customer service department for the biller, not TD Bank.

Will They Work With Me to Pay My Bill?

TD Bank will work with customers to learn the online banking and TD Bank bill pay services, but they will not work with customers having trouble making biller payments. The biller is the best option when facing financial problems. Contact the customer service department for the bill you are unable to pay. Ask about a payment plan or budget billing program.   1. If I paid the wrong company , how do I reverse the payment?

    Is there any Bank Act that customer have the right to request reverse the payment within certain days?
