  1. What help are you offering for Flood Victims such as myself whereas I could not use my toilet or bath due to a back log of excrement from other peoples toilets. Is there any help I can obtain from yourself. It was a very stressful time for me and my family including two young children. I rang Thames Water about the blocked toilet and was told ‘we do not have the resources at the moment to clear it’. Any advice would be helpful. Thankyou.
