What to Do When You Can’t Pay Your Volvo Car Finance Bill

Volvo Car Finance helps customers purchase Volvo vehicles. If you are a Volvo Car Finance customer, you should be receiving billing statements listing important information like penalty fees and payment options. If you cannot make an auto finance payment by the due date, contact customer service for alternative payment options.

How to Pay the Bill

Volvo Car Finance lists multiple payment options on the finance website. The fastest means of payment is through your online account.

Pay online: You can pay your Volvo Car Finance bill online at https://www.volvocarfinance.com/accountmanager/amo/vcf/US/en. You will need your account number and other personal information to register for account access, but even if you need to register today, you should be able to make your payment within minutes.

Pay by mail: You should send your payment to the address on your billing statement, but if you’ve lost that address and need to send payment, address your payment to:

Pay by phone: Call 1-888-276-0921 to pay your auto loan account by phone. You need your customer number, the last four digits of the loan holder’s SSN and your bank account information to make a payment. Your payment will be debited from your bank account. There is a $7 fee for phone payments.

Pay by MoneyGram: Visit MoneyGram and fill out an ExpressPayment form.
