Water One is the water company serving Johnson County, Kansas. The name Water One comes from the fact that the company provides water for Water District Number 1 in Johnson County. How to Pay the Bill

Convenient bill payment options are important in a fast-paced world. Customers with Water One can utilize online bill payment options, in additional to traditional payment methods to pay water bills on-time.

Pay online: You can pay your Water One bill online at https://secure3.i-doxs.net/waterone/. New users are required to create an online ID to use Water One bill pay. Registration takes only a few moments and electronic check payments are processed free.

Pay online credit cards: Customers can pay Water One bills with a credit card through the EZ Pay system. There is a service fee of $2.50 for credit card payments.

Pay automatically: Water One offers the Aqua-Matic payment plan. Basically, this service is the same as other automatic payment plans. The customer agrees to allow Water One to pull the total amount due from a bank account each month.

Pay by phone: Simply call 1-855-366-1556 to make a payment by phone. Payments are processed by a third-party and a service fee of $2.50 is charged for each payment.

Pay by mail: Personal check and money order payments with the account number printed on the front of the payment should be sent to:

Pay in person: In-person payments are processed at 10747 Renner Blvd from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. There is also a drop box located near the front door.

How the Penalty Fees Work

  • Field collection charge: Each time a representative is sent to your address to collect payment; your account is charged $20.
  • Reconnection after-hours: $80 per trip. After-hours reconnection is only scheduled on Saturday. Customers must call 1-913-895-1803 to schedule reconnection after payment of the past due bill and all field charges is made.
