How the Penalty Fees Work
We are impressed with how easily information is located on the Wow! website. According to the terms and conditions customers will be assessed fees if they can’t make payment.
- Late payment fee: $5 per month there is a past due balance.
- Disconnect and reconnect fees: A separate service call fee may be assessed if Wow! has to send a service provider to your home. If service is disconnected for non-payment, the customer is responsible for paying all past due balances and fees before service will be restored. If the customer does not wish to restore service, they are still responsible for all bills and fees, plus they must return any Wow! equipment.
