  1. could you please send me copy bill for a purchases I made in December for a large sweater it might be December 1 -15 anytime between that dates.

  2. I was in Las Vegas for Thanksgiving. I shoped at Ann Taylor out store, and they advised me to apply for Ann Taylor Master card so I can get discount so I applied. After 3 months I started getting calls from this 614-729-6086 asking for payments I asked them to send me my statement which was on Febuary 25,27 till today I have not received my statement. I did not receive the Ann Taylor master card. Today when they call me I asked for my acount number and the lady said they don’t have my acount number and she wanted me to make payment, that does not seem right. I am very disapointed, is this how it works. I want to payoff the whole thing but I am unable.
    1) why did I never get my CARD
    2) how can they ask for payment over the phone, when they cannot even have my acount number.
    This is not way of doing business.

  3. I too opened an account, not mastercard. 10-14 while shopping w/my daughter-in-law. According to the co. I should have gotten a card at that time, I did not. I DID REC.A BILL whuch I misplaced. The 1st phone call they didn’t have account by my name. Well, how did I get a bill? Second call they located my acct. It was pass do. There would have been a $25.00 late fee but,if you send email (usually if its a few days late they will drop late fee according to cust. service) to call it in is a charge I believe of $15.00.
    I’m assuming this was a REG ANN TAYLOR ACCT. (NOT MASTER CARD) THE ADD. IS——– COMENITy.NET/ANN TAYLOR. Card should be here in 7-10 days. I have to say I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED IN SUCH A FINE STORE.
