Bed Bath and Beyond offers several options for credit card bill payment:

Pay Online
Pay your Bed Bath and Beyond MasterCard bill online by accessing your online banking account on the U.S. Bank website. You can choose to make a one-time payment or schedule automatic payments. Pay Over the Phone
Call the Bed Bath & Beyond MasterCard customer service at 866-233-9189 to pay your credit card bill over the phone. You can call as late as the due date if you call before 7:00 p.m. CST. You will need to have your Bed Bath & Beyond MasterCard account number and your checkbook for bank account information for payment. There is no fee for paying over the phone.

Pay by Mail
You can pay your bill by mail by sending a check or money order with your account number written in the memo area. Be sure to send the bill out early enough before the due date to account for mailing time. Send your check or money order to the following address:

How the Penalty Fees Work

The Bed Bath & Beyond MasterCard is issued through U.S. Bank National Association ND. The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for purchases and balance transfers with this card is 13.99% to 22.99% depending on your creditworthiness. For cash advances, the APR is 23.99%. After being accepted, this APR will fluctuate based on the market Prime Rate.

Your bill is due 24 to 30 days after each billing cycle closes. U.S. Bank calculates your balance using a method called average daily balance. It is calculated with the following formula: (average daily balance times APR times days in the billing cycle) divided by 356. The average daily balance is the sum of each day’s balance divided by the number of days in the billing cycle.

You will not be charged interest if you pay your bill in full every month. If you fail to pay the entire balance, you will be charged a minimum of $2.00 in interest. There is a fee of $35 for late or returned payments or if you exceed your credit limit.

Other fees include $5 or 3% (whichever is greater) for balance transfers and convenience check cash advances, $5 or 4% for ATM cash advances, $10 or 4% for cash equivalent advances, 2% of a foreign transaction (including ATM transactions) in U.S. dollars, and 3% of a foreign transaction in a foreign currency.

I Can’t Make a Payment

When you call the customer service number for your Bed Bath & Beyond MasterCard, you will be prompted to enter your account number. If you say, “I don’t have it” when prompted by the automated menu, you will be transferred to a customer service agent.

When we contacted customer service, we were immediately transferred to a customer service agent with no hold time. The agent was knowledgeable and able to answer our questions. Unfortunately the customer service agent said there is not much cooperation with customers who are unable to pay their bills. If a minimum payment is not made monthly, the late fee will continue to be charged to the account until the customer pays the amount owed. The agent said that customers enter into an agreement when they apply for the card and they are held responsible to uphold their agreement to pay the money owed.
