I Can’t Make a Payment

When we contacted Belk Rewards customer service, they were unable to answer our questions regarding procedures to help those who’d fallen behind on their payments. GE Money Bank is the bank that supports Belk Rewards credit cards, and they appear to offer reasonable payment plans and debt reduction options according to several online reviews.

Belk Rewards offers an optional card security program which you can sign up for when you first apply. It costs $1.66 per each $100 on your monthly ending balance, and will cancel up to a $10,000 balance should you experience a qualifying unemployment, approved leave of absence, disability, hospitalization, nursing home care, or loss of life.
