How to Pay the Bill
Cincinnati Bell uses a Simple Bill program to make it easier to understand your monthly bill. Customers can make payments online, in person and through the mail.
Pay online: You can pay your Cincinnati Bell bill online at https://my.cincinnatibell.com/SelfCare/UI/Root/Unauthenticated/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fselfcare%2fDefault.aspx. Customers must register for online account access to make payments online. In addition to making payments online, you can access your past bills, current bills and make changes to your account.
Pay automatically: Auto pay is a convenient option that deducts the monthly Cincinnati Bell bill from your bank account on the due date each month. You never have to worry about missing a due date, but you must have the money to cover the bill in the bank when payment is deducted to prevent fees.
Pay at a payment center: You can search for a local payment center using your zip code, desired location radius and type of bill you wish to pay.
Pay by phone: Phone payments are accepted at 1-513-565-2210 or 1-888-391-3925. When the call is answered, say “payments” then “pay my bill” to access phone payment options. If you require a customer service representative to make a payment you will be charged a $5 processing fee.
Pay by mail: Check and money order payments should be sent to:
