The fee increases to $2.95 when making an online bill payment with your credit or debit card.

How the Penalty Fees Work

Residential water rates – $2.53 per 1000 gallons

Trash – $8.31 to $10.52

  1. I need some help with my sewer bill. I recently received a bill from city of tulsa stating i owed them $1700 for sewer charges for the past 36 months. we never received a bill from them, ever.I live in Turly and use their water. Now the water dpt in turly claims my average useage over winter months was 5000 gal. I live by myself, dont have a dishwasher,dont water my lawn my house has only one bathroom.My actual current useage has been from 600 gal to 2200 gal. my water bill averages 25 to 40 dollars. If youi divide the back bill of 1700 by 36 months the city is charging me about $47 a month. its own posted sewer rates are $3.95 a thousand. So instead of a realistic bill of $284 ( 2000 gal ave time $3.95 times 36 months} They are threatening me that if i dont pay that back bill they will cut my water off. i keep my water bill paid and current. I believe the fat lady who works in turly water dept. delibertly provided the city of tulsa with an inflated useage consumption just because she doesnt like the citizens of Turly. Anyway im a retired single man on fixed income can you get this overbill straightened out before they cut my water off. I feel like a victim of extortion.

  2. Now that I’ve upgraded I can’t log on to pay billing. and you offer no solution on your home page. Plus you never answered my last email. I need to drill my own water well in my back yard as your online svc is terrible.Jeeze

    • This is getting out of hand ,for what now 3 straight months I get a late payment notice and cutoff, tho I have the pyt number codes when I paid Sept 2517896906 oct 3027348807 Dmmit I didn’t write Nov down,but I did schedule a pyt. This crap.

  3. I can’t get my water on because theres a balance from the previous residence. So they come and put my meter without saying anything!!!!!!!Now they want me to bring down my lease and ID. Which I can’t take off work till this Friday because of the short notice. Still not turning on my water. So thank you city of Tulsa for the welcome. p.s STOP CALLING IT A security measure!!!!!!!!!!!

  4. I have tried to get my WATER back on know one Will me i have a big bill no fault of mine water company came out to see why i had water after they pulled the metor. Had a there guys to come back and fixed a leak what can i do i am on Ssi 64 yrold suffered now dr note to them

  5. I called to set up a arrangement
    For my water but couldn’t speak
    To anyone. It was only 3:00pm
    On June 12th and the water company
    Was closed. They are to close until 6pm
    Monday thru Friday. I can’t pay my
    Water bill there for they shut me off.
    Please I don’t get paid for another 2
    Weeks and my kids can’t wash their hands.

  6. How are we supposed to stay safe in this pandemic with out water? I can’t wash my hands or be prepared for job interviews when uou cut the water off. People are in crisis. Not everybody got unemployment or PUA. I will be calling channel 2…hopefully they can do a story on how bad this is turning off people’s water during a pandemic and bad economy.
