  1. I am trying to pay a bill that should have been mailed out to me a month ago when I activated service for 181 Rhodes St, New Britain, CT. I have been on hold for 25 minutes as I type this email. Why does a person have to stay on the phone for so long to get a live person to speak with, especaliiy when trying to pay a bill??? This is AWFUL…worst wait time ever. I will stay on to see how long it takes to get someone on the line.
CNG, you need to do better. This is really bad. Wish i had oil or some other vendor for gas service. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

  2. I need a phone a phone number for the Benefit Center. I am a retired service rep from Greenwich.

The phone system stinks that they have set up, perhaps a carrier pigeon or smoke signals…

  3. I enroll in MPP [Matching Payment Program] every year and like clockwork every year I end up spending a half of a day calling some mouth breather to explain to him that I DID comply with the rules and it must have been a clerical error. I am in the process now of awaiting calls that never come or being on Kevorkian hold [ they just sit there drinking a cuppa waiting for the light to stop blinking on their phone]. CNG Stinks. You have to wonder WHY their PO Box is in New Jersey [?] and that there are NO locations to bring your issues to a REAL HUMAN BEING.
