How to Pay the Bill

Entouch provides customers with a few options for bill payment. Online payments are accepted for all Entouch services aside from energy bills. Energy bills must be paid through other means.

Pay online: You can pay your Entouch bill online at https://onlinebilling.entouch.net/. Bill payments are accepted for all Entouch services aside from energy. Contact customer service for more information on making an energy bill payment.

Pay by phone: Customer service is available at 1-281-225-1000. Phone payment options may be available in certain areas.

Pay with a recurring payment plan: Contact customer service to sign up for recurring payments. Payment for your Entouch services is deducted from your bank account Payments are deducted on the 15th of the month or three days before the last day on the month depending on your current bill date.

How the Penalty Fees Work
